Christopher Addy is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Castle Hall Alternatives. Castle Hall's independent, co-sourced model has given the firm's clients a new level of operational insight into nearly 1,000 hedge fund and private equity vehicles worldwide, from the industry's largest managers to the smallest, entrepreneurial start up.

Chris is one of the hedge fund industry's most experienced due diligence practitioners, having been involved in the analysis of hedge fund operations since 1994. Chris has spoken regularly at industry conferences as an expert on operational risk and, in 2008, was named a "Rising Star" of the hedge fund industry by Institutional Investor. More recently, Chris was appointed as a member of the CFA Institute's Capital Markets Policy Council, which responds to global governmental, regulatory and policy issues impacting the financial services industry.

Chris was previously Principal and co-founder of Amber Partners, a Bermuda company providing operational certifications to hedge fund managers. Prior to forming Amber, Chris was Senior Vice President of UBP Asset Management (Bermuda) Limited (2001-2004), where he supervised a team of analysts responsible foroperational due diligence on a large number of hedge funds and administrators. Chris previously held the position of group financial controller of The Atlantic Philanthropies (Bermuda) Limited, a multi-billion dollar foundation, where his responsibilities included operational due diligence across a significant investment portfolio. He began his career as an auditor with Deloitte in the United Kingdom before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers in Bermuda, where he became lead manager in the firm's investment company audit group.

Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. He is also a CFA (chartered financial analyst) charterholder and a member of the Montréal CFA society.

Anne Coady is a Managing Director of Castle Hall Alternatives. Anne brings the perspective of a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years of experience, including nine years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Cayman Islands, the world's leading offshore center for hedge funds.

At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Anne was most recently Director of Global Compliance Services - Company Administrative Services. As Director, Anne had oversight of a full range of corporate, trust, regulatory and anti-money laundering compliance and accounting services. She developed and implemented a comprehensive regulatory and anti-money laundering compliance program and served as director of numerous investment and trust companies, special purpose entities and employee benefit schemes and also acted as trustee for private trusts. During her career with PwC Cayman she also worked within the firm's audit practice, where her clients included hedge funds and other investment entities.

Anne is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Prince Edward Island. She holds an International Diploma in Compliance in association with the University of Manchester Business School and the Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Anne is also a past member of the Cayman Islands Compliance Association and Anti-Money Laundering Sub-Committee.

Michael Bolger, Director, leads Castle Hall's European due diligence practice. Michael's perspective combines the experience of working within a hedge fund organization with an extensive, prior background in operational due diligence.

Prior to joining Castle Hall, Michael was at Trafalgar Asset Managers, a London-based credit and equity hedge fund. At Trafalgar, Michael assumed a broad range of operational responsibilities including new product development, enhancement of internal policies and processes, and fund documentation. He also interacted extensively with prime brokers, counterparties and other service providers. In addition to his business management and operations responsibilities, Michael was responsible for the firm's investor operational due diligence, managing investor due diligence meetings and overseeing the completion of RFP's and due diligence questionnaires. Michael's exposure to both the investor and manager role during the ODD cycle gives him a unique perspective on the due diligence process.

Prior to joining Trafalgar in 2009, Michael spent more than four years with Amber Partners, a leading provider of operational due diligence and certification services, working first from London before transferring to the firm's New York office. During his tenure at Amber, Michael conducted onsite due diligence on a large number of manager organizations in Europe, the US and Asia. Previously, Michael was a senior auditor with Deloitte where he was responsible for the audits of a variety of financial and non-financial companies.

Michael is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, a CFA (chartered financial analyst) charterholder and holds the FRM (financial risk manager) designation.

Alex Wise is the founder and Managing Director of Orchard Harbour (Pty) Limited, an operational due diligence consultancy headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Castle Hall and Orchard Harbour collaborate to complete operational due diligence on managers across the Asia Pacific region.

Alex brings extensive legal experience to Castle Hall. Following completion of his postgraduate studies, Alex entered the legal profession with Herbert Smith in London in 1999 and then in an in-house capacity with Sthree Plc. In 2002 Alex joined Atlas Capital Limited as Group Legal Counsel and later moved to Atlas's offshore operations as Managing Director, where his responsibilities included operational due diligence. In November 2007 Alex relocated to Sydney and established Orchard Harbour as a specialist provider of due diligence services.

Alex is a non-practising Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales, a non-practising English Barrister and holds an Honours degree in Law from Cardiff University, Wales. Alex is a frequent speaker at global conferences on the subject of operational due diligence.

Maryse Girard is the Chief Operating Officer of Castle Hall Alternatives. Prior to joining Castle Hall, Maryse held the position of Account Executive and Vice-President with Marsh Management Services (Bermuda) Limited (and, prior to its acquisition by Marsh, similar positions with Johnson & Higgins Bermuda). Marsh is the world's largest insurance broker and its Bermuda office is the firm's primary location to provide management services to captive insurance companies. Over her eight year tenure with Marsh, Maryse supervised a team of accountants responsible for management, accounting and reporting of numerous captives, including companies established by 3M and a group captive created by US based Life insurers including Met Life.

Prior to joining Johnson & Higgins in 1996, Maryse held the position of Financial Controller of Roy, Sanche, Gold et Associés, a professional services firm in Montréal, Canada. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, spending four years as an auditor in the firm's Montréal office.

Maryse is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
