Christopher Addy is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Castle Hall Alternatives. Chris is one of the hedge fund industry's most experienced due diligence practitioners, having been involved in the analysis of hedge fund operations for more than a decade. He has completed more than 1,000 due diligence reviews of hedge funds, fund of funds, managers and administrators and has spoken regularly at industry conferences as an expert on operational risk. In May 2008, Chris was also named a "Rising Star" of the hedge fund industry by Institutional Investor.

Chris was previously Principal and co-founder of Amber Partners, a Bermuda company providing operational certifications to hedge fund managers. Prior to forming Amber, Chris was a member of management of Union Bancaire Privée Geneva, currently the world's largest fund of funds group with hedge fund assets in excess of $50 billion. At UBP, Chris was Senior Vice President of UBP Asset Management (Bermuda) Limited, where he supervised a team of analysts responsible for operational due diligence on a large number of hedge funds and administrators.

Chris previously held the position of group financial controller of The Atlantic Philanthropies (Bermuda) Limited, a multi-billion dollar foundation, where his responsibilities included operational due diligence across a significant investment portfolio. He began his career as an auditor with Deloitte in the United Kingdom before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers in Bermuda, where he became lead manager in the firm's investment company audit group.

Chris holds a BA in economics and history from the University of Durham, England. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. He is also a CFA (chartered financial analyst) charterholder and a member of the Montréal and Bermuda CFA societies.

Anne Coady is a Managing Director of Castle Hall Alternatives. Anne is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years of financial services experience, including nine years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Cayman Islands, the world's leading offshore center for hedge funds.

At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Anne was most recently Director of Global Compliance Services - Company Administrative Services. As Director, Anne had oversight of a full range of corporate, trust, regulatory and anti-money laundering compliance and accounting services. She developed and implemented a comprehensive regulatory and anti-money laundering compliance program and served as director of numerous investment and trust companies, special purpose entities and employee benefit schemes and also acted as trustee for private trusts. During her career with PwC Cayman she also worked within the firm's audit practice, where her clients included hedge funds and other investment entities.

Anne is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Prince Edward Island. She holds an International Diploma in Compliance in association with the University of Manchester Business School and the Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Anne is also a past member of the Cayman Islands Compliance Association and Anti-Money Laundering Sub-Committee.

Gillian Scott is a Managing Director of Castle Hall Alternatives. Gillian has over ten years of finance and accounting experience in the investment industry and has performed operational due diligence on a wide variety of complex hedge funds and private equity investments.

Gillian was previously Group Financial Controller of The Atlantic Philanthropies (Atlantic), a group of international philanthropic entities with an investment portfolio in excess of $4bn. As Atlantic’s senior finance executive, Gillian was a key contributor to the design and development of the group’s operational due diligence process which was subject to extensive external and internal audit. She managed the relationships and performed operational due diligence reviews for a significant portion of Atlantic’s portfolio and was also responsible for Atlantic’s group audit and internal controls.

Gillian began her career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers, PwC) in Halifax, Nova Scotia and transferred with the firm to the Bermuda office where she was an Investment Manager responsible for a wide range of hedge fund and investment related audits. PwC Bermuda is the largest professional services firm in Bermuda.

Gillian holds a BBA from Acadia University, Canada. She is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Nova Scotia Institute of Chartered Accountants. She is also a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder and a member of the Atlantic Canada CFA society.

Kosta Segounis is a Senior Manager at Castle Hall Alternatives. Prior to joining Castle Hall, Kosta was Senior Consultant, Compliance, at Standard Life in Montréal. Standard Life is one of Canada’s largest life insurance companies, and Kosta’s responsibilities focused on compliance reviews of key operating units.

Prior to joining Standard Life, Kosta held the position of Senior Advisor, Investment Compliance, at The Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments), an entity created to manage the pension assets of Canada’s federal employees, armed forces, and the RCMP (the Royal Canadian Mounted Police). At PSP Investments, Kosta developed, implemented and monitored compliance procedures across a range of investment products and asset classes.

Kosta was previously Senior Examiner, Market Surveillance at the Montréal Exchange and began his career as an auditor with Deloitte and Victor & Gold in Montréal.

Kosta is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. He is also a CFA (chartered financial analyst) charterholder and a member of the Montréal CFA society. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, Montréal, and has also completed various courses offered by the Canadian Securities Institute.

Maryse Girard is the Chief Operating Officer of Castle Hall Alternatives. Prior to joining Castle Hall, Maryse held the position of Account Executive and Vice-President with Marsh Management Services (Bermuda) Limited (and, prior to its acquisition by Marsh, similar positions with Johnson & Higgins Bermuda). Marsh is the world's largest insurance broker and its Bermuda office is the firm's primary location to provide management services to captive insurance companies. Over her eight year tenure with Marsh, Maryse supervised a team of accountants responsible for management, accounting and reporting of numerous captives, including companies established by 3M and a group captive created by US based Life insurers including Met Life.

Prior to joining Johnson & Higgins in 1996, Maryse held the position of Financial Controller of Roy, Sanche, Gold et Associés, a professional services firm in Montréal, Canada. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, spending four years as an auditor in the firm's Montréal office.

Maryse is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
